VP Slams Dems for Skipping AIPAC

Vice President, Mike Pence slammed the Democrats for skipping AIPAC after Dems announced they are boycotting the event.

MIKE PENCE: In a powerful speech, Pence argued the credibility of the Dems saying, “Anyone who aspires to the highest office in the land should not be afraid to stand with the strongest supporters of Israel in America.”

Pence brought up the boycotting from the group ‘MoveOn’ but never actually said any names.

“It is wrong to boycott Israel, and it is wrong to boycott AIPAC,” he said to a very roaring crows agreeing with him.

DEMOCRATS: The MoveOn group boycotted AIPAC because of AIPAC’s opposition to the Iran nuclear deal and alleged support for “anti-Muslim and anti-Arab rhetoric.” The group called on running democrats like Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren not to attend in the name of boycotting for no real reason.

MIKE PENCE: Pence also hit Ilhan Omar by saying things like, “all over the world anti-Semitism is on the rise … even in the halls of Congress,” and “Anti-Semitism has no place in the Congress of the United States of America.”

As Pence kept going off he ended with saying, “It’s astonishing to think that the party of Harry Truman, which did so much to help create the state of Israel, has been co-opted by people who promote rank anti-Semitic rhetoric and work to undermine the broad American consensus of support for Israel,” he said.

“The party that has been the home for so many American Jews today struggled to muster the vote to unequivocally condemn anti-Semitism in a resolution,” he added.
