President Trump told the press on Friday, that Cohen directly asked him for pardon that Trump denied and claimed Cohen lied in his testimony.
Bad lawyer and fraudster Michael Cohen said under sworn testimony that he never asked for a Pardon. His lawyers totally contradicted him. He lied! Additionally, he directly asked me for a pardon. I said NO. He lied again! He also badly wanted to work at the White House. He lied!

Cohen said in his testimony that he never asked for a pardon and would never accept a pardon for his financial and campaign finance crimes.
Lanny Davis did contradict Cohen by saying they did talk to Trump’s attorneys about clemency after an office raid in April of 2018.
“During that time period, he directed his attorney to explore possibilities of a pardon at one point with Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani as well as other lawyers advising President Trump,” Davis said on Thursday.
Although, Davis added, “authorized me as a new lawyer to say publicly Mr. Cohen would never accept a pardon from President Trump even if offered,” and stated that his testimony was true.
