On Thursday, two Trump nominees were approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE: The Senate Judiciary approved Kenneth Lee and Daniel Collins.
THE SENATE: The Senate has confirmed 37 of the President’s nominees so far after Kenneth Lee and Daniel Collins were approved on a 12-10 advancement.
KENNETH LEE: Lee is not wanted in the 9th circuit by Senate Democrats because, “disregard for the Senate vetting process and his failure to turn over requested material,” they said. Lee failed to turn in all documents requested by the Senate.
SENATE DEMOCRATS: Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris claimed Daniel Collins is “temperament and rigidity,” and a conservative think thank.
Dianne Feinstein tweeted last night about the nominations.
In President Trump’s first two years circuit court nominees have been confirmed nearly TWICE as fast as they were in President Obama’s first two years. In fact, President Trump and Leader McConnell have repeatedly bragged about their record-setting pace of confirmations.

Republicans have achieved this record pace by killing the blue slip, ignoring home-state senators, pushing multiple nominees per hearing & failing to thoroughly vet unqualified nominees. Now they say they must break the rules to move nominees even faster. There is no obstruction.

CONCLUSION: Dems are mad on the newly approved nominees and have give Trump his 37th nominee approval for federal and district courts of appeal.
