The Biden Administration Prepares the ATF to go After Law Abiding Gun Owners!…

The Biden Administration has acquired over 54 Million records of American Gun owners in the first ten months of his Presidency as he positions himself to politicize the ATF.

• The Biden Administration is stockpiling information to the tune of 54 million law-abiding gun owners to ultimately put all that information into the hands of Biden and the Democrats.

• In the Fiscal year 2021, many gun stores went out of business, leading the ATF to seize 54 million records of gun transactions, including applications, permits, and receipts.

• All that information has been stored at an ATF facility in West Virginia

• In total, the ATF said that they had acquired 53.8 Million physical records and 887K electronic records.

• Second Amendment activists fear that this move is the latest example of Biden and his administration to keep tabs on law-abiding gun owners in America

• If Biden is to use that information in any way, he would be violating federal statutes.

• One of the biggest fears is that the Biden Administration plans to store all information it collects through the ATF in perpetuity instead of the initial rule that gun stores can destroy gun records after 20 years.

• A new Biden provision would force Gun stores to eventually hand over all of their information to the ATF registry facility in West Virginia.

• THE ATF HAD THIS TO SAY: The Gun Control Act of 1968 mandates that licensed firearm dealers that go out of business provide the ATF with their records. They are then processed into images; though the ATF maintains this database, a purchaser’s name cannot search it. Physical records are then destroyed.

• As this debate heats up, Biden is preparing to crack down on gun owners and implement new rules on guns, including a leaked rule that he will ban Pistol braces. The ATF’s proposed regulations would also require gun parts to be regulated with background checks, meaning that if an individual assembled a legal homemade gun, he might be forced to submit to up to 16 different background checks.
