The Houston Police Department confirmed to reporters that Cruz’s staff contacted them on Wednesday afternoon to assist him in his arrival and movements through Houston’s international airport.

I don’t see the problem. What’s the point of STAYING in a 0* place that doesn’t/won’t have power, water, phones, and internet for a week and a half if you don’t HAVE to? TONNNS of families fled to safer places— ESPECIALLY ones with kids. Besides, he said, it was for his KIDS to go WITH SOMEONE ELSE to Cancun. Cruz simply got his kids to and from the airport. DUH!🙄😆
