The Supreme court sides with religious Liberty in a historic case that has caught everyone by surprise…
Supreme court sided today with Colorado baker that refused to bake a cake for a same-sex couple.
In a 7-2 decision written by Justice Kennedy, the Supreme court said that the Colorado Civil Rights Commision violated the free exercise clause of the constitution when it ruled baker Jack Phillips had broken the states public accommodation after he refused to bake a cake for a same-sex couple wedding cake.

The court in Colorado said that the Same Sex couple should no be discriminated against based on sexual Orientation but at the same time the law should be neutral toward Religious liberty.
Many Conservative leaders in the Hill have come out to express their joy with this recent decision including Senator Ted Cruz
Today’s Supreme Court decision upholding a Colorado baker’s constitutional right to live according to his faith is a major victory for religious liberty. The fact that the decision was 7-2 (not a narrow 5-4) underscores that govt should NEVER discriminate against religious faith.
