Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, returns to the court as seen on Friday at a private conference meeting for justices.
Ginsburg has been absent from the court to remove two cancerous nodules from her lower left lung in December.
Ginsburg was attending the regular closed-door meeting in which the justices consider requests to review cases.
RBG, age 85, missed oral arguments in January while recovering at home from the surgery it was the first time in more than 25 years on the bench she was forced to miss arguments due to her concerning health.
Ginsburg’s recovery was back on track and post-surgery evaluation indicated no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment was required for her.
Ginsburg has had colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009 and her latest lung cancer in 2018 which were all caught in early stages.
The court’s press office has not said if Ginsburg will be on the bench for arguments this Tuesday.
