RBG on Leave as the Supremes Tackle High Stake Cases

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was unable to attend oral arguments for the first time in her more than two decades on the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Ginsburg was working from home after undergoing surgery on Dec. 21 to remove two cancerous nodules in the lower lobe of her left lung, which were discovered incidentally during tests performed at the George Washington University hospital to diagnose and treat rib fractures she sustained in a fall in November.

many people including liberals believe that Ginsburg could step down this year due to health complications with would give Trump another Supreme Court appointment making the Supreme Court the most Conservative in History.
