Peter thiel is an American Investor sitting on the Board at facebook and an outspoken supporter of President Trump and his America First Agenda, but he went in on Google Sunday night at a speech at the National Conservatism Conference.
Billionaire Investor Peter Thiel is not one to shy away from controversy from his support for President Trump to him being the almost lone conservative in Silicon Valley, but his recent speech at the National Conservatism Conference has raised eyebrows from both conservative and Liberal alike.
While Speaking at the Convention Theil said that Google’s coziness with the Communist Chinese and also googles effort in aiding the Chinese Military instead of the American Military as China ramps up their surveillance capabilities in their country.
Mr. Theil asked a few questions to the audience about Google and China
ACCORDING TO AXIOS these are the questions Theil is asking
Number one, how many foreign intelligence agencies have infiltrated your Manhattan Project for AI?
“Number two, does Google’s senior management consider itself to have been thoroughly infiltrated by Chinese intelligence?
“Number three, is it because they consider themselves to be so thoroughly infiltrated that they have engaged in the seemingly treasonous decision to work with the Chinese military and not with the US military?
Is Google making a bad, short-term rationalistic [decision] that if the technology doesn’t go out the front door, it gets stolen out the backdoor anyway?”
He also added that those questions “need to be asked by the FBI and even by the CIA.
The Billionaire investor seemed to be referencing Googles anti-American move of not renewing a contract with the Defense Department Drone Footage Program to help the military dissect drone videos using A.I. The radical leftist strongarmed google into not renewing the deal but were ecstatic working for the communist Chinese on whatever they wanted.
Around the same time, Google was criticized when reports stated that they were working with the communist chinese on a search engine that would only benefit the Chinese Govenrment.
