Obama White House Lawyer to be indicted in Mueller case

Former White House Counsel under the Obama administration, Greg Craig, expects to be indicted for lying to DOJ investigators during the Mueller investigation.

GREG CRAIG: Craig would be the prominent Democrat to be convicted in the 22 month Trump probe. Age 74, Craig refuses to accept a plea deal and expects to be convicted of making false statements to the DOJ

Craig’s past law firms, fell into a $4.6 million settlement with the DOJ over its work in Ukraine.

The settlement blamed Craig for giving misleading and false information to the DOJ.

GREG CRAIG: Craig has worked with Obama in the White House and worked as a senior legal adviser for President Clinton during his impeachment investigation.

CRAIG’S LAWYER: “This case was thoroughly investigated by the SDNY and that officials decided not to pursue charges against Mr. Craig. We expect an indictment by the DC US Attorney’s Office at the request of the National Security Division. Mr. Craig is not guilty of any charge and the government’s stubborn insistence on prosecuting Mr. Craig is a misguided abuse of prosecutorial discretion.”

CONCLUSION: Former White House Counsel under Obama’s terms, Greg Craig, is being indicted for making false statements to the DOJ and giving the DOJ misleading information.
