Mulvaney gives Timeframe of Government Shutdown

Director of the Office of Management and Budget and Incoming White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney on Sunday said it is “very possible” the current partial government shutdown will extend into the new Congress.

“I don’t think things are going to move very quickly here for the next couple days. … I think it’s very possible the shutdown will go beyond the 28th and into the new Congress,” Mulvaney said during an interview on “Fox News Sunday.”
