McCabe sues Trump for Wrongful Termination

Disgraced former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is planning to sue President Donald Trump and his Administration for defamation and

wrongful termination.

McCabe’s lawyer Michael Bromwich told reporters that McCabe is also considering filing other civil claims in court.

Bromwich said that they are not sure when and what they will file because they want to make sure the suit is solid and they will file when they are ready.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a report last week on McCabe’s conduct at the FBI, alleging that he authorized a leak to the press to “advance his personal interests” and he misled investigators about the matter.

IG Horowitz issued a criminal referral to the U.S. attorney’s office in D.C. on Thursday related to McCabe’s conduct while at the FBI.
