Senator Lindsey Graham spoke in South Carolina on February 4th, 2019 against the Republican party’s division of ideas concerning the border wall.

Graham explains his concerns by saying, “It seems to me that he’s gonna have to go it alone, but there could be a war within the Republican Party over the wall,” Graham said.
The President could declare a national emergency to build the border wall if his own party cannot make a fair decision. Graham added he would stand with the President if he decides and has to come to this decision.
