Republican Senators confirmed three impressive judges appointed by President Trump without any vote from the Democrats.
At a 53-44 vote, the youngest appellate judge confirmed, Allison Rushing, appointed by President Trump.
A 53 to 46, Eric Murphy, appointed by President Trump with no Democrat votes and takes Judge Batchelder seat of 27 years.
A 52-47 vote, Chad Readler, appointed by Trump and defended his role in last year’s legal challenges the President faced.
Each of these judges were already confirmed as Well Qualified from the ABA and without any Democrat votes.
Five more appellate nominees, and 37 nominees to the federal trial courts, are on the Senate calendar for a final floor votes in the weeks ahead.
