The exploding amount of Cuban nationals arriving at the southern border will outpace migrants coming from Central America by the end of the year.
• Border Patrol has said that Cuban national has outpaced central American illegals being apprehended at the southern border.
• In March, the seven-day average of Cuban border crossers was around 1200, or a 460% rise over the past year.
• According to new reports, in February 2022, around 16,600 Cuban nationals crossed the border, and in March, it doubled to over 32,000 illegals from Cuba who attempted or crossed the border.
• Migration advocates blame the United States for the hike in migration, saying that American policy against Cuba, along with sanctions and embargoes, is causing the country to extremely ration food.
