Biden DOJ sues Texas over Supreme Court Approved Abortion Ban!…

The Lawless Biden DOJ doesn’t care that the Supreme Court upheld Texas’ abortion ban. They still plan to go ahead a sue anyway under the false assumption that it’s unconstitutional.

On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that the Biden DOJ plans to sue Texas to block their new supreme court-approved abortion ban. The AG said the law is improper both on its onerous restrictions on abortion access and the provision allowing state residents to sue anyone who aids or carries out unauthorized abortions.

In the Press, Conference Garland said – “The act is unconstitutional under long-standing supreme court precedent.” he went on to say, “This kind of scheme to nullify the constitution of the United States is one that all Americans, whatever their politics or party, should fear.”

The Biden Lawsuit was filed in a federal court in Texas on Thursday. The lawsuit states – “The United States has the authority and responsibility to ensure that Texas cannot evade its obligations under the Constitution and deprive individuals of their constitutional rights by adopting a statutory scheme designed specifically to evade traditional mechanisms of federal judicial review,” and “The federal government, therefore, brings this suit directly against the State of Texas to obtain a declaration that S.B. 8 is invalid, to enjoin its enforcement, and to protect the rights that Texas has violated.”

A Spokesperson for Texas Governor Greg Abbott said in a statement. “The most precious freedom is life itself,” the Spokesperson said that this lawsuit is just political theater by the Democrats and Biden.
The statement went on to say – “Texas passed a law that ensures that the life of every child with a heartbeat will be spared from the ravages of abortion. Unfortunately, Biden and his Administration are more interested in changing the national narrative from their disastrous Afghanistan evacuation and reckless open border policies instead of protecting the innocent unborn. We are confident that the courts will uphold and protect that right to life.”
