Biden made a fool out of himself in Spain by making what his administration is calling a “Joke” saying that he wanted to stay in Spain and NOT come back home. Now after his approval numbers have been released it might not be a Joke after all.
Biden makes an awkward Joke saying that he might not want to come back to the US and would rather stay in Spain while meeting the King of the Spanish country.
